You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Solmar Villas are proud to show off our exclusive villa Lux, a stunning modern and contemporary villa constructed and furnished ready for 2019 season. This villa is for those wanting to spoil themselves on a holiday, a spacious and comfortable villa with a private swimming pool set within spacious grounds. This detached villa is set over two levels, the lounge has a large 50 inch smart TV with a stunning glass dining table with red chairs, enough seating for maximum occupancy. The living area is open-planned with a white and fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktop, also on this level is a cloak room and a double bedroom with its own hidden private bathroom. Upstairs are a further five bedrooms, three of which are ensuite and a shower room is shared between two twin bedrooms. The lounge and all bedrooms come with air-conditioning for your peace of mind with holidays in the peak summer months and WiFi is readily available. Patio doors lead outside to a covered terrace with a large brick BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco with family and friends. An additional cloak room is also available off the covered terrace. The star of the show is the stunning freeform swimming pool set at the corner of villa Lux, this villa also offers electric pool heating as an additional option.
A mini-golf has been installed around the villa under the palm trees and a table tennis is also available to our guests, fun for all the family. Calpe has long been a favourite destination for us here at Solmar, and we were thrilled to add this fantastic villa to our portfolio, a minimarket and a small selection of restaurants and Fustera beach are within a 1km of villa Lux and the charming beach town of Calpe is less than 2km from the villa.

There are zero steps into the villa but there is a ramp access and the path to access the villa is 310cm wide. The front door has a width of 88cm and other doors which has access to the pool area are the kitchen and lounge open plan sliding door which is 100cm wide. The garden is flat, there is only a small ramp on the drive for entrance. The pool has roman steps to enter. The pool has 1 step into the shallow area and then a larger step into the main part of the pool. The widest door into the bedroom on the ground floor is 66cm wide and the widest door into the bath/shower room on the ground is 96cm wide.
